In the blog supplement Healthy Living , we read a interesting article written by Dr. Bartolome Beltran media on diets in CD and UC.
Although it is rather short, the article shows a series of guidelines that in many cases we can be helpful, especially for those who begin their tour of these two chronic diseases.
At present, no sufficiently convincing evidence that any particular food is involved in the outbreak, continuation or worsening of inflammatory activity in Crohn's disease and in ulcerative colitis , but also would have to say that although it is difficult to talk about both does affect the power or not, it is true that in the affected area only contact with it is food.
